Kettle Bell’d

The movement: A powerful combination of kettle bell and your body to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core power, through challenging movement patterns. Weight training is already incredibly beneficial but WE add the fun to the mix to make it one dynamic class!

Where you’ll feel it most: Depending on our mood, you may just feel it everywhere. But we promise your mind and body will thank you!

Intensity: We encourage you to push yourself to your edge of discomfort, this is where the magic happens.

Who it’s for: All Levels, however we do encourage you to start with slightly lighter and build to get the movement patterns down.

Yin Yoga

The Movement: Come slow down and tune in as we gently flow through therapeutic movements. Allow your body to open and release all that you are holding on to.

Where you’ll feel it most: You’re mind and heart.

Intensity: Blissful stillness and slow movements.

Who it’s for: All Levels. Especially if your mind races and body never stops.

GET SHIFTED

The movement: This class brings out ALL the feels, offering an opportunity to SHIFT the energy within and sweat out what no longer serves. The first half of class is filled with intentional intensity -- sweeps, reaches, step taps, climbers and fluid, dance-like movement to get the sweat pouring. Cool and calm with gentle self soothing shapes to nourish and replenish the nervous system. 

 Where you'll feel it most: Heart. 

 Intensity: You'll work up a heart warming sweat.

TRX Fusion

The movement: Utilizes the TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core power. This class is a fun way to add an element of play as we can find further range and depth into movements. Why Fusion you ask? Because you never know what other movement tools we’ll add in to the mix.

Where you’ll feel it most: You’ll work most of the 600 muscles in your body

Intensity: How intense do you want it to be? The fun part of TRX is you can always make it more or less challenging for yourself.

Who it’s for: All Levels. Everyone can do TRX!

Flow into Yin

The movement: Join us for a functional movement based class. Will be tapping into our end range movement patterns and challenging our strength within our bodies. Then the class will finish with slowing down and coming inward, enabling our minds and bodies to expand.

Where you’ll feel it most: Your soul

Intensity: Starts with an engaged, strong flow and finish with stillness

Who it’s for: All Levels.

Thursdays @6:30pm

Yoga Tone

The movement: A beautiful way to slow down movements but with power. Tap into and awaken the areas of our bodies that we don’t utilize on a regular basis. This class will have you moving through life with more ease and strength.

Where you’ll feel it most: It will bring all of those tiny but important muscles in to full activation mode.

Intensity: A sneaky powerful class

Who it’s for: All Levels. As in all of our classes we will always give adjustments as needed.

Just BREATHE

The movement: One of the most essential things we do, BREATHE. But are you truly connected to it? Do you hold your breath, do you find it hard to catch your breath or just simply desire to help regulate your nervous system? This class can help support it all.

Where you’ll feel it: Your mind, heart and soul

Intensity: Stillness

Who it’s for: All Levels. Anyone who wants to be connected to yourself.
