POWER

Utilizes the TRX, Kettle bell and your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core power, through challenging movement patterns. Add a challenge to your workout routine!

TRX & Release

Want to head into your weekend on a good note?
This class utilizes the TRX; which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core power. Also incorporated into this class is the use of therapy balls; which were developed for self-massage trigger point therapy and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas.

Spin into Yoga

Mindful Flow Yoga

We can learn so much by submerging deeply into conscious breathing and freeing our body into gentle movement. In this class we slowly flow in and out of each pose (asana), harnessing both strength and softening as your breath guides you into a deeper relationship with your body and a better understanding of your Self. My hope is that you can find this space of freedom and leave this practice feeling at peace, awakened and alive.
