This class utilizes the TRX; which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core power. Also incorporated into this class is the use of therapy balls; which were developed for self-massage trigger point therapy and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas.
