We can learn so much by submerging deeply into conscious breathing and freeing our body into gentle movement. In this class we slowly flow in and out of each pose (asana), harnessing both strength and softening as your breath guides you into a deeper relationship with your body and a better understanding of your Self. My hope is that you can find this space of freedom and leave this practice feeling at peace, awakened and alive.
